Email concierge@lablinksluxuryhair.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number.
We'll email you a prepaid return label within 24 hours. UK returns are free; international returns are subsidised.
Place items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Untied bundles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Drop your parcel at any Royal Mail or DHL location. Tracking is provided in your returns confirmation email.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
